Stonebridge Automation Group operates this website and a small consulting practice. This policy describes the personal data we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Contact-form submissions. When you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email, optional company, project type, optional budget range, and message you typed. These are emailed to our inbox and not stored anywhere else.
Server access logs. Our web server logs IP address, requested URL, user agent, and timestamp for every request, retained for 30 days for security purposes.
Stripe billing data. When you become a paying client, Stripe collects whatever it needs to process payment (card data, billing address, etc.). We never see your card number; we see only what Stripe surfaces in our Dashboard (name, billing email, last four digits).

What we don’t collect

No analytics. We don’t run Google Analytics, Plausible, or any other tracker on this site.
No advertising cookies.
No third-party fonts, scripts, or pixels.

How we use it

Contact-form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry and, if we work together, to deliver and bill that work. We don’t add you to any marketing list.
Server access logs are used for debugging and to detect abuse.
Stripe billing data is used to invoice you and meet tax/accounting obligations.

We don’t sell your data and we don’t share it with third parties except where required to deliver the service (e.g., Stripe receives billing data; Postmark receives the contents of your contact-form submission to deliver it to our inbox).
